- With online marketing/selling experience is an advantage

Sales Managers
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience in handling his/her own sales team
- With online marketing/selling experience
- Preferably with a real estate license or an accredited Real Estate Sales Person

- Willing to be assigned in Las Pinas, Manila, or Quezon City area.

SALES MANAGER
- Preferably with a real estate license.
- With prior experience in the real estate field or in a similar capacity.
- With a ready sales force.
- With the ability in meeting planned sales goals.
- With to-do “Focus Project Selling”.
- Dedicated to providing great customer service.
- Computer Literate.
REAL ESTATE BROKER
- Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Preferably has prior experience in the real estate field or in a similar capacity.
- Willing to sell Urban Deca Homes & Urban Deca Towers Projects.
REFERAL PARTNER
- Willing to market Urban Deca Homes & Urban Deca Towers Projects.
- Willing to work with the assigned Deca Sellers.
- Willing to attend project training and seminars.
- Willing to assist in clients’ documentation.
- Computer Literate.
