What are the “Initial Requirements for Booking”?

  • Photocopy of 2 Valid ID
  • Photocopy of Proof of Income (Payslip, ITR, COEC)
  • 4 pcs. 1×1 picture
  • TIN Number

  • 4pcs 1×1 ID Picture w/ white background (both spouses)

How long should I wait for my unit turnover?

  • For “Ready For Occupancy” projects: After settlement of the necessary payment and submission of all the required documents, please wait for 3 to 4 weeks for your unit turnover.
  • For “Pre-Selling” Projects: Please consult with your property specialist for the schedule of your unit turnover.

Can I have my Unit/ Units rented out?

  • The Unit Owner may opt to have his/her unit rented thru:
    • Personally finding a lessee.
    • Ask for assistance from their trusted Property Sepecialist.
    • Ask assistance from the projects’ accredited Property Management.
  • Please give a copy of the contract to the building administrator for file and reference.

Who are allowed to be an “Attorney-In-Fact?

  • Relatives
  • Client’s Attorney

Who are allowed to be a “Co-borrower”?

  • Relatives of up to second (2nd) degree of affinity or consanguinity only.
