About

Born in June 2018, Deca Gold Realty & Dev’t Inc. is the exclusive marketing arm of 8990 Holdings, Inc. in the National Capital Region and Bulacan area, created to expand its market reach in the greater Manila area with 3 offices – Manila, Mandaluyong, and Marilao.

The company provides sales and marketing services to its partner Developer (8990), Realties and Brokerages, including but not limited to: sales training for brokers and their salespersons, commission processing, sales document assessment and processing, sales and marketing strategy formulation, and event planning/management. Deca Gold also has a leasing portfolio of its own aside from the projects that it sells.

The brain thrust of Deca Gold include Mr. Dennis D. Lim, Chairman and CEO, who has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. With him is his Senior Vice President Ms. Ann Elizabeth S. Teves who handles operations with her 22 years’ experience in the industry.

Our team provides guidance to our sellers & buyers documentation while we make sure that everything is in place & legal.

Deca Gold also handles sales activities, including but not limited to: Sales Rally, Project Launching, Recruitments and International Sales Events to ensure market presence.
